Our Guarantee
We guarantee our print quality! Please contact us as soon as possible if there is anything wrong with the quality of your stickers. We will be unable to remedy any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.
Because we print all orders on-demand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to - including but not limited to - incorrect orders, change of mind, wrong address, shipping delays, or acts of nature. We are only able to replace or issue refunds for any issues with the quality of your order.
To help us speed things up please include:
- Your order number
- Provide a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the issue
Orders Lost or Damaged During Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery with the production of your order and work closely with our shipping partners. We will guarantee the quality of your printed product and do our best to get it in the hands of our shipping partners in a timely manner.
Once it's in the hands of our shipping partners, any delays that impact transit time are not covered as part of our guarantee, and we will not be able to offer refunds for orders lost in transit or delivered late. We also do not assume liability for lost sales, labor costs, or other costs.
Tip: We recommend building in an extra day or 2 into your schedule for shipping, just in case. Weather, carrier delays, or unexpected hiccups can sometimes throw things off. Planning ahead helps you stay on track for your event, launch, or deadline.
We value the partnership with our carriers and can try to advocate on your behalf if anything happens to an order during shipment. Let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
